Mike Mahoney

Mike is the founder of Windham Advisors.  He has been the Executive Vice President responsible for the entire supply chain for a $100 Million menswear retail chain and has served as the President of a woman’s apparel retailer and wholesaler.  Mike led a team that grew and sold a third party logistics firm with over 100 employees servicing such well-known brands as Brooks Brothers and Laura Ashley.

For over 15 years Mike has been a successful business owner as a managing partner in a boutique consulting firm servicing the retail and direct to consumer industries, and later as the owner of Windham Advisors which specializes in advisory and development services  in the area of strategic and tactical financial and merchandise planning.  He has also been a team member on several workout projects guiding companies through Chapter 11 and returning one company to viability after a Chapter 7 filing.  Mike is a partner is The Alternative Board of Bergen County and helps small and medium size business owners achieve their business and personal goals through board facilitation and executive coaching.

Mike was born in New York City and has been a resident of northern New Jersey for over 35 years.  He holds an undergraduate degree from Niagara University and a graduate degree from Montclair State University.  Mike is a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist in Microsoft’s enterprise database and business intelligence platform, SQL Server and is also a TAB Certified Facilitator and Coach.  Mike enjoys time on the water and holds a current Commercial Captain’s (OUPV) License from the United States Coast Guard.

Janice McDonald

Janice is a highly successful executive and consultant.  Janice has worked with many well-known brands including Polo/Ralph Lauren, Timberland, Toys R Us International, and Bass Pro Shops helping them solve complex business issues and refine their business processes for improved efficiency and profits.

Janice, in her role as a Project Manager, has successfully managed project teams from developing local supply chain applications to enterprise technology projects with budgets in the 8 figures.  Janice has also served on the Board of Directors of Greyhound Friends of New Jersey, a non-profit dedicated to the rescue of retired racing Greyhounds.   Janice is a partner is The Alternative Board of Bergen County and helps small and medium size business owners achieve their business and personal goals through board facilitation and executive coaching.

A native of northern New Jersey, Janice holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from William Paterson University.  She is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a TAB Certified Facilitator and Coach.  Janice enjoys cruising and holds a current Commercial Captain’s (OUPV) License from the United States Coast Guard.

Matt Otchy

Matthew has over 30 years of Senior Managerial experience in the Retail Industry and as a Consultant, delivering a high level of business transformation projects to a variety of companies. He has a proven history of formulating business strategies and leading the execution of tactical processes and systems integrations that achieve competitive advantage and realize add on value. He has led the transformation of companies by astute requirements gathering and analysis, process simplification, and shortening time to market. He is an experienced project manager accustomed to crossing over traditional business lines in order to forge partnerships and alliances to achieve success for client stakeholders.
